If you want to install reblogger on your web server, here is where you get it. All you need is a CGI/Perl enabled web server. If you use Linux or Windows you're in luck, there are install programs for those systems that will do most of the configuration and upload reblogger to your web server.
Patching a previous installation:
Be sure to make a backup of the password directory(rb-pwd) from your server first. Then, for linux/unix download the linux/unix distribution. Copy everything to wherever you extracted reblogger to before. For Windows/Dos, get the Windows/Dos Distribution and copy everything but "Instconf" to wherever you extracted reblogger to before. Run the install program and the changed files will be uploaded, retaining all of your previous settings.
If you installed from the source distribution, upload all of the .pl files from the new source distribution to your webserver (overwriting the old ones).

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed a problem in the default template(and all the templates based on the default template) that caused ridiculously long words to run off the left side of the comment window
Other changes:
- There are no longer empty links left when an email address or homepage is ommited from a comment
- Changed some of the text in the output from blog-template-code.pl

Reblogger 2.1 release 1
New Features:
- View comments in ascending or descending order
- Date can be displayed as text
- Comment link text is more flexible and can be modified from the comment manager
- Comments can be displayed in a new window, the same window, or on your blog
- Dimensions of the comment window can be changed
- adduser.pl generates code for a wide array of weblog systems
Bug fixes/Other changes:
- Fixed a problem with headers in the email sent after sign up
- Changed initial template
- The text describing allowed html tags now has its own template tag, and can be removed
- Email notification now includes a link to the comment thread on which the comment was posted
