Perhaps I should have used MLDBM::Easy. In developing a way to manage the website's menus I have found it necessary to store information about the menus and submenus in a heavily nested MLDBM database file. I've been having to access array references inside hash references inside hash references inside hash references inside a hash. This is very awkward using the 'old and busted' MLDBM library...but, I made my choice and I'll live with it.
